Sales & Activation Manager, DACH

Pas Normal Studios is looking for a Sales & Activation Manager, DACH to join our Sales Department in our Copenhagen headquarters starting as soon as possible.

We focus on sustainable growth throughout Europe, Asia, and North America, and therefore we are looking for a full-time, dedicated individual with an interest in cycling that can help us grow further in the European market, more specifically in the DACH region.

 

The Position – Sales & Activation Manager, DACH

Reporting to Head Global of Sales, you will join the Pas Normal Studios Sales team in Copenhagen, where you will take on B2B sales with existing and new partners in the region. The department is accountable for all Sales Value Chain business, from our existing network of sales channels to prospecting new markets. As a Sales & Activation Manager, you will strengthen our team towards achieving first in class sales and after-sales services to our growing network of wholesalers. You will work proactively with your own accounts to ensure a strong relationship while seizing new market opportunities and driving sales.



Responsibilities

  • Grow Pas Normal Studios’ Sales in the DACH region, utilizing existing and new networks alike.

  • Work with our other Sales Managers to develop actions on mid-season sales results (returns, re-orders, and exchanges).

  • Analysis of Sell Through reports from key accounts, and data gathering from partners.

  • Management of daily tasks and requests from B2B clients.

  • Work closely with our logistics team to ensure all international customer customs documents and information requirements are fulfilled.

  • Execute on Pop-Up concepts in close collaboration with the Head of Retail and the Marketing team.

  • Coordinate with Marketing to ensure all material is available for B2B

  • Assist and conduct product training sessions

  • Work together with our Sales Managers to produce seasonal sales tools (training manuals, PR, etc.)

  • Prospecting of new markets and potential new clients

  • Coordination and on-site activation of events with selected retailers

  • General ad hoc tasks

 

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is working with sales within the cycling industry and is an outgoing person with strong networking and relationship-building skills. This individual enjoys working proactively, possesses a strong commercial mindset, and has a strong and structured work ethic.

The ideal candidate has retail experience, preferably experience with pop-up stores or similar from the DACH region.

 

Who You Are

  • You have studied business, management, communication, or similar.

  • You are highly self-motivated and have experience working with project management.

  • You have 2-5 years of experience in a similar position within the industry.

  • You have a strong IT knowledge of Adobe, Microsoft Office, and ERP Systems (Business Dynamics, PowerBI).

  • You are highly organized and professional in your work.

  • You thrive equally well with coordination, day-to-day handling, and more operational tasks.

  • You are a dedicated cyclist and passionate about the cycling industry.

  • You are fluent in German and English, any other language is a plus.
