The physical stores of Pas Normal Studios are a part of our identity. We would like to share the Brand universe and create a community that customers can be a part of. Our shops are a part of a bigger perspective, and we would like to invite our customers a bit closer and allow them to learn about who we are.
On this basis, we are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, to deliver the best customer experience in our Pas Normal Studios Flagship in San Francisco.
The Position: Retail Supervisor (Part-time)
Through your passion for cycling, you will share and create a vibrant atmosphere in the shop with colleagues and customers.
The ideal candidate would be an individual passionate about cycling and fashion, who is able to think outside of the box, and who is willing to assist in all fields in order to help and support the overall team to accomplish all day-to-day tasks in our San Francisco store.
Moreover, the perfect candidate will have extensive knowledge of premium cycling clothing, coffee, and will be a cyclist too.
Furthermore, you will master a strong customer focus and ensure that the Pas Normal Studios vibe is created in communities around the Flagships Store through daily operation and local activations.
Ensure the overall look and feel of the store is in line with the brand.
Deliver the ultimate experience and customer service
Be in charge of shifts and duties within
Executing Group Rides
Assist in visual merchandising of the shop
Assist in maintaining and creating a strong local community
Maintain a fully-stocked store
Ability to prioritize and demonstrate initiative
The ideal candidate is operating successfully in the retail or café universe and is passionate about driving sales and excellent customer service. You enjoy being a physical presence for one of the strongest and fastest-growing brands in the cycling world.
We are thus looking for an outstanding candidate with a well-assorted and updated toolbox and experience from retail or café business environment.
In addition, you also have:
Be specific, be personal, be authentic and lead from the front
Fluent in English - other languages are a plus.
A passionate and genuine interest in cycling is necessary.

Good social skills, friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
Passionate about delivering excellent customer experience
You are highly organized to ensure the smooth running of daily operation in the store
You have a keen eye for details and accuracy
A structured, motivated self-started capable of driving projects forward engagingly and collaboratively.
Highly self-motivated - have energy and a positive mindset with a “can-do” attitude.
Flexible and expected to work over weekends
