The vision of Pas Normal Studios is to inspire a global cycling movement, embracing the Nordic cycling culture and lifestyle. Creating innovative designs and brand collaborations. Encourage and motivate cyclist around the world through our International Cycling Club.
The Pas Normal Studios team currently has 30 members, who are highly passionate about cycling, the brand, and the significant growth opportunity we face. The organization operates globally with own retail, wholesale, production and growing E-commerce, spanning 25+ markets across 6 continents, building international relations and developing a strong international presence. We thus focus on sustainable growth throughout Europe, Asia and North America.
The culture is informal and entrepreneurial and characterized by the company still being in the early stages of its global growth journey. We seek to maintain an action-oriented and agile team with room for a bike ride during office hours and a good laugh.
On this basis, we are now strengthening the organization with a Head of Global Marketing.
Reporting to the CEO you will have a unique opportunity to play a key role in taking branding and marketing in Pas Normal Studios to the next level together with passionate, young colleagues. On this Journey, you will be overall responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art marketing strategies in line with our sustainable growth ambitions, while ensuring an outstanding customer experience, building the brand and strengthening brand equity.
Furthermore, the Head of Global Marketing & Communications will lead and develop a CPH-based marketing team as well as regional teams in order to meet requirements of our future marketing activities.
A high focus project will be to initiate and close a sponsorship agreement with a professional cycling team in 2022.
Lead our global marketing activities from planning and execution to evaluation based on data-driven insights
Own the brand and consumer experience across all our marketing channels
Manage creative content creation and distribution to accurately reflect the brand’s position targeting core-consumers and customers through social media, film, photography etc.
Lead both CPH-based & regional marketing team members on day-to-day basis
Ensure coherence in the digital footprint: Ecom, campaigns, paid ads, copy, graphics etc.
Oversee and measure general ROMI performance on all marketing activities
Drive global sell-in and sell-through asset creation for all product stories through creative briefs and reviews, global marketing, PR, and sales meetings
Collaborating with global partners to support seasonal initiatives and utilizing key influencers.
Continuously monitor consumer trends and activities in the market.
Initiate and close a sponsorship agreement with a professional cycling team
The ideal candidate is passionate about cycling as well as managing and orchestrating eminent branding and marketing activities in a fast-growing, international environment and has ideally also been part of a growth journey like the one Pas Normal Studios is on.
Hence, we are looking for an outstanding candidate with a well assorted and updated toolbox and at least five years of experience with driving creative and successful omnichannel marketing activities - preferably from a company in similar industry.
In addition, you also have:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar international consumer-centric position with proven results.
Proven track record of multi-channel marketing, creative brand development, customer experience management, and bringing innovative marketing concepts to live
Solid experience with developing and driving up-to-date digital marketing activities - demonstrated tech and digital savvy.
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in communications, events and public relations activities.
Understanding of sports/cycling including the community aspect of it as well as new trends in the Apparel/Outdoor/Sporting Goods or similar industries.
Capability to streamline and improve processes and troubleshooting within own area of expertise
Experience with market research methods and analysis.
Experience with leading and developing a successful marketing team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fluent in English and Danish - other languages are a plus.
An educational background including minimum a bachelor’s degree in economics or similar.
